Apprentices are an important resource for us at Ringjord - after all, they are the future employees for us and our industry. Being an apprentice company is also part of our social responsibility, as we see it. Every year, we take on apprentices in the electrical, automation and maritime sectors. We are proud of our apprenticeship traditions.
At Ringjord, we collaborate with vocational colleges, counties and admissions offices to train the best professionals for the future of Northern Norway.
