This statement has been prepared in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What is personal data
Personal data is any information that can be uniquely linked to you as an individual. This may be an email address, telephone number, a statement, a membership, a subscription or a list of items you have purchased in a shop.
3. Our roles in relation to the processing of personal data
We may act as both data controller and data processor. As a data controller, we will collect, store and use personal data on our own, while as a data processor we receive personal data from our clients and store and use it so that we can perform services on their behalf. We treat personal data with the same respect regardless of the role in which we act.
4. The purpose of our processing of personal data
We only store information about private customers that is necessary for us to be able to fulfil the agreements with the respective customers, as well as information we are required to store under the bookkeeping legislation. The scope and category of personal data is of such a nature that it represents a low risk of violation of privacy.

- When you visit our website, we register your unique address on the internet (the IP address of the device you are using). This address does not tell us who you are, but can be used to localise which country, county or city you are in when you visit our website. Together with this address, we store your behaviour on the website and technical data (such as browser, screen resolution, etc.) so that we can analyse general usage patterns and optimise the website for the benefit of our visitors.

7. How do we secure the data?
We have systems and routines for privacy and protection of personal data.

If we collect or disclose sensitive personal data, we use recognised methods to protect the information.
If we disclose your personal data to a third party, we will ensure that there are arrangements and agreements in place to secure the data and prevent the third party from using the personal data for purposes other than those agreed.
