Our modern service vehicles have a stock of standard parts, which means we can get to work quickly. When we know the assignment in advance, we also take everything we know we'll need with us.
For our customers, this means that the job is carried out quickly and efficiently. We also have good agreements with our wholesalers, which means that we can have goods delivered to the work site several times a day free of charge.
At the agreed time
We emphasise that a deal is a deal. Our fitters are precise and will arrive at the agreed time and place. Should there be any obstacles in the way, we will contact you in good time.
The mobile phone means that we are available at all times. Sometimes our fitters therefore need to talk to other customers. Hands-free allows us to work while talking, but if longer conversations are necessary, this time will always be deducted when calculating hours.
The duty telephone is available outside normal opening hours until 24:00, 7 days a week. In the event of an emergency call-out, additional costs and fees will apply.
