In a world where technology and innovation are constantly evolving, it's important for businesses to not only keep up with the times, but also to be part of that change. At Ringjord, we're proud to have not one - but two female additions to our departments: A female automation apprentice and a female electrician apprentice. This is an unprecedented milestone in our company, and perhaps not very common in a still male-dominated electrical industry!
Our new automation apprentice, Cecilie"Cecilie brings fresh enthusiasm and a new perspective to our already talented automation team. With a specialisation in machinery and panel building, Cecilie is a shining example of the growing interest women have in technology subjects. Her work will not only help streamline our automation processes, but also inspire future generations of women to explore careers in automation and electrical engineering.
At the same time, Anna-Elise, our new electrician apprentice, is taking a step into a world that has often been seen as 'male-dominated'. With a strong will and a clear vision to make a difference, Anna-Elise shows that skills and dedication are what really count in this profession. Her work with us will not only help to highlight the importance of electrical safety and innovation, but also emphasise that the electrical profession is for anyone with the passion and ability to learn.
At Ringjord, we have always been committed to delivering high quality and service in all our projects. With these talented apprentices, we not only strengthen our working environment, but also our ability to meet our customers' needs with fresh ideas and perspectives. In any case, we firmly believe that diversity in the workforce is the key to innovation and success!
We look forward to seeing the positive changes and the unique impact Cecilie and Anna-Elise will have in our company and on the electrical industry as a whole!
