Albert and Fredrik started as apprentices at Ringjord Elektro. They have now passed their trade test and are qualified electricians with a trade certificate. For us, the apprenticeship scheme is about more than just recruitment. It’s about building our own expertise, giving them responsibility along the way and ensuring secure professional development.
